Kathryn is an American citizen who was in the UK on an internship when she and Adrian met and fell in love. She was in the process of applying for a Tier 2 visa, but was given incorrect advice (not by us!) and so things didn’t work out, and she ended up staying longer than her visa allowed.
Adrian and Kathryn were married in the USA, and Adrian sought our help in applying for entry clearance so that Kathryn could return to the UK as his wife.
