“From the very first phone call your company gave me confidence, that l would be placing my trust/money in a reputable company.

~ Dione McGregor

Delton is a Jamaican citizen, married to Dione, who is British.  Dione has been in the same job for a number of years now, so there was no problem with the financial requirements, but they made a number of applications that were refused for one reason or another.

It was after the third refusal that Dione approached us for help, asking us to act for Delton in an appeal. After speaking to Dione in some detail and looking at all the paperwork, we advised her that though we could, of course, act for Delton in an appeal, it would be much quicker, simpler and cheaper to put in a new application, as the refusals were because of mistakes that Dione and Delton had made in the applications, which were correctable.  We were confident of winning an appeal, but that would have taken a year before the matter was sorted.

We gave Dione a comprehensive list of documents, and checked all her documents once they were ready, then set up the application form and drafted detailed legal representations supporting the application.  We addressed all the previous refusals, and went through all the different requirements of the Immigration Rules and showed how Delton met them all.  Three months later, he was issued with a visa, and now lives with Dione in the UK.

This is what Dione had to say when we asked her for a testimonial:

“After three failed attempts at obtaining a visa for my husband to join me in England I started to look for some professional help. From the very first phone call your company gave me confidence, that l would be placing my trust/money in a reputable company. that you were honest with me from the start, and explained the process that would have to go through. I was kept informed every step along the way. And was also able to call up my self to clarify things  that l did not understand.

I travelled to Jamaica with all the paper work that Global immigration prepared for me. and within 3 months we received the news that we had been waiting for, My Husband was granted his settlement visa, and is now here in England with me,Every thing was done in a very professional manner every step of the way.”
